Anita is available for private and commercial commissions. She has worked on a variety of projects ranging from historical pieces, to classic portraits, to life-size figurative Sculptures.
For those interested in a project there is no cost or commitment to meet and discuss possibilities. Your ideas can be specific or loose. Either way we can collaborate together and envision your ideas. Anita is available to meet in person, or conduct the first meeting via phone or email. If this will be a Sculpture of your child, grandchild, dog, or horse, then Anita would like to meet in person to take photos and videos.
From this meeting, Anita is able to work up small pencil sketches of various ideas. This is an effective step to materialize possible designs. Once you are presented with a sketch that meets your requirements, we are able to work out a firm bid for the full-scale clay creation and the bronze casting. We can create your idea in life-size or table-top size.
Once the proposal is agreed upon, the project begins. We require 1/3 payment to begin the project. The next 1/3 is due at the completion of the full scale clay, and the final 1/3 due upon delivery of the finished bronze sculpture. Timing varies, but generally takes about 90 days to design and sculpt the piece, and another 60 to 90 days to cast the project into bronze.
We are also available to be commissioned for original portrait drawings of people and pets. Anita Watts has done many private commissions and would love to discuss your vision for your unique fine art piece.
